Gil Henry is the owner of Flower Camping de l’Olivigne, in Bize-Minervois in the Aude. After four seasons at Camping de la Cesse, in the same village, he designed l’Olivigne as an innovative, eco-friendly campsite deeply rooted in the Minervois: a chlorine-free bio-mineral pool, 41 rental accommodations and 41 pitches, rated 4 stars. With Céline, he cooks the mussel brasucade at the local artisan markets himself. Gil and his team welcome holidaymakers in French, Dutch, English, German and Spanish.
